During our stay, we indulged in a stunning seven-course tasting menu that was nothing short of lovely. Each dish was artfully presented and expertly crafted, featuring fresh and local ingredients. The wine pairings were insightful and enhanced the meal beautifully. This dining experience will forever remain a highlight of our trip.

I was awe-struck by the exquisite detail in our Mallart suite. The spacious layout boasted high-end furnishings and a amazing view. The touch of a decanter of iced water awaiting us was a lovely welcome detail that made the experience feel truly luxurious.

As a golf enthusiast, the proximity to the Royal Dornoch Golf Club was a significant treat. The hotel offered a convenient putting green on site, perfect for a few practice strokes before heading out to play. The experience seamlessly blended relaxation with a passion for the sport.

The lounge area featured warm wood-paneled walls and a roaring fire, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. The soft seating was inviting, and I particularly enjoyed sipping on single malt whisky while indulging in a good book from their impressive collection.
